WHAT IS ECEAP?
ECEAP Recruitment for the 2024-2025 School Year Now at JJ Smith Birth to Five Center
Free Preschool - ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) is a comprehensive preschool program that provides FREE services and support to eligible three and four-year-old children and their families. The goal of our ECEAP program is to help ensure each child in the Enumclaw School District enters kindergarten ready to succeed. Our ECEAP program includes preschool education, snacks, meals, parent involvement, health services coordination, and family support services.
Children in the Enumclaw ECEAP program learn to manage their feelings, get along with others, and follow classroom procedures. They begin to build skills for reading, math, science, and art. The program works closely with parents to support their children’s health and education needs and to meet family goals. ECEAP also helps each family to access medical care, dental care, and social services.
Enumclaw School District offers this free preschool program for families that qualify.
Part-day classes from 9:15 am to 12:15 pm and full-day classes from 8:45 am to 3:15 pm., Monday through Thursday
Full Day is Monday - Thursday and one Friday a month.

Please download the English or Spanish application and cover sheet below. Once downloaded, edit the application and fill in the required information on each page. After you have completed the application, please print the application. You can also print the application and then fill it out. When completed, mail it to our office at JJ Smith Birth to Five Center, ECEAP, 1640 Fell Street, Enumclaw, WA 98022. We will then contact you about the other needed documents. Thank you!
