For the 2023-2024 school year, this will operate as a Pilot Program with the intention of determining needs for future years. Enrollment this year will be on a first come/first placed basis, and once full, parents can select to be on a waiting list in case a spot opens up during the school year.

We believe students perform best in an inclusive environment. This environment includes students with developmental delays learning and playing side-by-side with typically developing students. To make this happen, our district has created one inclusive preschool class. We are looking for peer models to enroll in this high-quality, developmentally appropriate preschool program.

The program runs Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Parents provide timely transportation to and from school. The preschool program begins on Monday, September 18, 2023, and ends on Monday, June 17, 2024. With the exception of three parent/teacher conference periods, the program will follow the Enumclaw School District elementary calendar.

Students must be three years of age by August 31, 2023. Priority will be given to 4-year-olds. Parents must provide:

• a copy of the child's birth certificate;

• proof of residency (within the Enumclaw School District boundaries);

• an up-to-date immunization or exemption form;

• school district registration forms.

The cost is $225 per month (September through June) totaling $2,250. Tuition will not be prorated for illness or vacation. There is no deduction from monthly tuition for days missed. Withdrawals from the program must be given in writing with two weeks' notice. Refunds will not be given for the month of the withdrawal, regardless of exit date. Payments are due on or before the first day of each month. If payment or payment arrangements are not received by the 10th of the month, your child will be withdrawn from the program.

Monthly payments (cash, card or check) should be made at the Enumclaw School District Business Office at 2929 McDougall Ave., Enumclaw, WA 98022. If you wish to pay in cash, please bring the exact amount because no change is available. Checks should be made payable to Enumclaw School District and can be mailed to the above address if preferred.
